Woodland Pyrography Class

In this class Hannah will teach you the ins-and-outs of pyrography while you create a woodland inspired woodburning.

This class is designed to teach you the skills needed to create intricate and beautiful designs. This class will focus specifically on woodland themed things like mushrooms, plants, and wildlife with woodburning. Hannah will guide attendees through the project- Offering her knowledge and insight to the art of woodburning. With her assistance along the way, participants will create a stunning piece of woodland inspired art that showcases their skills in pyrography techniques.

Novice to intermediate skill level for this class is required, this class is not recommended for those who have NO prior experience with woodburning.

This is a full one-day class, you will need to bring your own professional wood burning equipment and have Hannah’s Pen Collection or equivalent pens. (Hannah’s pen collection includes the following fixed tip pens: a F2S Small Round Pen, a F9XS Extra Small Writing Pen, F14M Medium Knife Pen, F99.023 Ball Stylist 2.3mm.)

Please also be sure to pack a lunch and water bottle as there will be a 30 minute lunch break on the day of the class. Also bring a pencil, eraser, and your enthusiasm to learn!

Provided for you will be a piece of wood to burn on and the learning opportunity both from the teacher, Hannah Viega.

Hannah Veiga is a wood burning artist working out of her home studio in Waterdown, Ontario. She works daily on original art pieces. She brings viewers up close to detailed worlds.

Hannah has built a cumulative online presence of over 200k followers. And to date, has created over a 150 original pieces. Her journey into wood burning began near the end of 2020.
