About Arkansas Tri Hone Sharpening Stones
Arkansas Stones are suitable for maintaining a keen edge on all knives and tools. The Hard Arkansas Stone is considered the “stone that built America”.
Quarried in Arkansas, Novaculite is not found anywhere else in the world. The unique structure means the stone will retain its abrasion characteristic and shape. These sharpening stones are composed of 99.9% pure silica. Their ability to remove less material than other abrasive products, hence, makes them unique. The stone is naturally durable and will therefore perform for an extended periods of time without lapping or flattening.
