Egg Santa Carving ~ for the intermediate
This project is inspiration from a Tina Toney pattern.
Christmas carving Fun, join Cindy in the studio for a Santa carving class.
This is a full one-day class, you will need to have your own wood carving tools and equipment and a selection of palm tools and a goof knife. Most common tools for this project will be the detail knife, a 1/4″ v-tool, a couple gouges #3, 5 and 7 will work great. A pencil and don’t forget a glove.
The wood plank will be provided. This is a size “D” Basswood egg. We will not be painting this project.
This Class will be held Saturday December 12th, 2026 from 10am-4pm
Registration deadline will be December 8th as material preparations are required.
Max. number of students is 8, space is limited.
