These knives are made with the same edge-holding steel as all Flexcut carving tools. They have comfortable ergonomic handles and hence mean less hand fatigue. Each knife is constructed with an Ash handle in addition to a high carbon steel blade. They are easily maintained by simple stropping because high carbon blades hold an edge extremely well.
A leather sheath is also available for all Flexcut fixed handle knives.
