We offer this Swedish Woodcarvers SIA Sandpaper cloth-backed paper in 4" wide x 36" long rolls.   You can cut off just the size you need.  Excellent for folding and using by hand.  Excellent for cushioned sanding drums like those used on your flexshaft carving machines.  Available in both 120 and 220 grit
