Badger State Carving Knives ~ Wide Blade Series

Badger State has created a wide blade series of carving knives made from 1/2″ premium stock. In comparison, the narrow blades are cut from a 1/4″ premium blade steel.

The 1/2″ stock width creates a stronger cutting blade. An excellent choice for those hogging and heavy waste cuts. Ensuring you can count on these knives to have great strength and they will stand up to heavy use.

Badger State tests all of their knives blade strength and sharpness all the way through  the process.  Next, A handle made from quality hard wood is cut out and sanded. This ensures excellent quality in the finished product. Each handle is of Maple, Oak or Poplar. Finished with a light coat of spray sealer to get their desired look. Finally you get to chose between a Slim (Signature) or Fishtail shaped handle.

Its fair to say that Badger State stacks up to all the other top brands of custom knives manufactured in the United States.

This series offers 4 wide blade lengths, 1″ Mini, 1.5″ Carving, 1.75″ Roughing, and a 2″ Hogger.

All styles are available in two different handles sizes, a signature for small hands and a fishtail handle for larger hands.
