A must-have for all wood carvers. Our genuine leather guards are sewn with an elasticized insert to ensure they stay put!.
We use a 'wrap-around' style on both the sides and ends for extra protection.
The thumb guard gives protection when using a 'pushing' stroke on your knife as well as when 'pulling' the knife toward your thumb. You really should not carve without either the finger or thumb guard. Prevents you from adding 'color' to your work (yes, that red color).

OUR KEVLAR GLOVES are made of woven Dupont Kevlar yarn and offer excellent durability and cut resistance. While these gloves do not provide the same level of protection as our steel mesh style, they are good quality and excellent value.
OUR STEEL FIBER GLOVES D/FLEX® is a light-weight, 10-gauge seamless knit glove that represents an enhanced form of high performance, cut-resistant fiber technology. D/FLEX® offers superior cut protection with a special wrapping process using Dyneema® and Stainless Steel fibers.
They come with a rubber dotted coating which provides a non-slip grip.
