What a great opportunity to learn from one of the best Caricature Carvers in the world.  There's probably not much we can tell you about Marv ~ Founding Member of the CCA, WCI Wood Caver of the Year in 2006 and more Awards and Honors then we can name here.   And oh ya ~ a good friend of Pops!   Marv doesn't teach many classes these days and we are indeed fortunate to have him coming to Kitchener in September. 
3-Day Class ~ Caricature Figure~ subject to be determined and cost for cutout will be charged separately.
Marv will teach a 3-Day Class on September 5, 6 & 7 (Fri/Sat/Sun) 9am to 4pm each day

You may register for the Stand By list ...BUT we will NOT process your credit card unless you are accepted into the class.

2-Day Class ~ Caricature Head(s)
Marv will teach a 2-Day Class on September 9 & 10 (Tuesd/Wed) 9am to 4pm each day

Classes will be limited to 12 Students!  Cost $180 and $120 per class.
Cost for the cutout blanks will be charged separately.

When you register on line the entire Class Fee will show on your Registration ~ BUT we will ONLY process 50% of the amount shown.  We will process $90 of the $180 3-Day Class Fee -or- $60 of the $120 2-Day Class Fee.  There is a Tax of 5% to be added.  The balance will be due the first day of the class.

Learn from the guy who rocked the Carving World with his Whimsical & Magic Tree Houses in Cottonwood Bark.   Rick's book has been extremely popular and the DVD he filmed for Chipping Away is a big hit too!  Now you have an opportunity to learn from the master in person.   We are indeed fortunate to have him coming to Kitchener in September. 

2-Day Class ~ Carving A Magical Tree House from Start to Finish  You will begin with a piece of cottonwood bark (included in cost of class) and completely finish it by the end of the second day.  Learn some of Rick's 'tricks and tips' and how to add those "ooohs" and "aaaahs" that will make your work so desirable.  You will even apply the final finish so your carving is ready to hang on display.
  
Rick will teach a 2-Day Class on September 13 & 14 (Sat/Sun) 9am to 4pm each day

1-Day Class ~ Carving A Magical Tree House Basics
Learn the Basics of Tree House carving on this 1 Day class.  You may not completely finish your carving by the end of the day ...but the skills you will learn will be so valuable.

Rick will teach a 1-Day Class on September 12 (Friday) 9am to 4pm 

Classes will be limited to 12 Students!  Cost $130 and $70 per class.
